This is a series of collages using my film photography: a meditation on the truth to families who live far away - we visit, we laugh, and we idolize or romanticize them in a moment, sometimes ignoring the flaws that we learned years ago from living with each other for so long. It's a nostalgic and positive thing to visit, and it reminds us of where we come from, and that's heckin beautiful!
