zb and zm's monthly playlists

October 31, 2018

To bring each month to a close, we, the co-creators of Dissolving Film, will each publish a playlist that is composed of our favorite songs from that month.

This month, we have created a second volume of our spooky mix that includes some of Zoë (zb)'s favorite songs to listen to on the spookiest day of the year!

October is upon us and we’ve got some exciting things coming up this month!

We are adding a part two to a series from last year (more info coming very soon!) and will, of course, have another volume of zb's Spooky Mix coming at the end of the month. We also have some exciting submissions to share with you throughout the month so stay tuned.

We are so excited to see your contributions this month! With Halloween creeping closer, we can’t wait to see what creative things come out of October. There always seems to be a shift in atmosphere as soon as October hits and we would love to see how you capture it whether that be through short films, playlists, journal entries, collages, drawings/paintings/sketches, lyrics, whatever your medium of choice. You can always email us at dissolvingfilmmagazine@gmail.com.

Thank you as always for continuing to stick around with us as we continue to evolve Dissolving Film into a bigger and better platform. We could not run this magazine without all of your support.

Love,
Zoë Bridgwater + Zoey Martinez (zb + zm)

We're welcoming the month of October with open arms at Dissolving Film!

October is one of our favorite months; the weather is cooler, fall treats start coming out, and of course Halloween! We love seeing the creativity people use when coming up with costume ideas and curling up to watch classic Halloween movies.

Keep an eye out for the second installment of our Spooky Mix that we will put on our Spotify on Halloween! It currently contains songs off of "The Virgin Suicides" and "Woodshock" soundtracks and songs by Surf Curse, Wolf Alice, Grimes, Japanese Breakfast, and many more!

We are always excited to see what incredible submissions you have to send, especially during October.

If you have any questions or work that you would like us to feature, don't hesitate to send us an email at: dissolvingfilmmagazine@gmail.com!

Love,
Zoë Bridgwater + Zoey Martinez (zb + zm)
