"An Oozing Visceral Dream: XO.0 Dance Party and Zine Launch" by Erin Davis

Annual dance party and art exhibition XO.0 brought thought provocative, visual and auditory art to Atlanta once again for its fourth year. Brought by Atlanta based stage designer IImpaula, creative agency SOAP Goods Creative, and clothing-line Pretty Major, the showcase-party hybrid was an experiential and sensory visualization of passion and emotion. The event served as an exclusive viewing for ‘Love Love, Fuck Love Zine Vol. 3’, the latest installment of Pretty Major’s LLFL series centering on the throes of modern love and relationships. XO.0 also featured the work of Atlanta art director Lacey Duke, local creative Kristy Gomez, artist and photographer Talecia Tucker, and olfactory artist Arianna Khmelniuk. The sounds of the night were curated by Indica and Nyveda, whose thumping beats fueled the bubbling energy of the night. Painted in a hypersaturated spectrum, XO.0 created a dreamscape oozing with vivid colors and vibrant hues to sate our fantastical needs until next year’s soiree.
